8th Floor is a band of all-Codarts students who play an electrifying mix of original funk-soul-jazz tunes. Their music reflects the personalities of the band members, as individuals and as a group: often high-energy and light-hearted, yet sometimes reflective and peaceful. Their upbeat, full arrangements and soaring instrumental solos contrast their freer, more open pieces and sweet, warm vocals. All in all, the rollercoaster that is this group’s performance make for a wonderfully fun experience.
